Sugar syrup is a core ingredient to add a little sweet kick to your devilish cocktails. If you have a sweet tooth, this liquid will be an integral part of your cocktail making arsenal.
It’s super easy to make and can last up to 4 weeks in the fridge.
1 part warm water (e.g. 150ml)
2 parts sugar (e.g. 300gm)
mix both until clear
Then, allow to cool!
