This webpage is used by the guest to order and pay for drinks with no need for table service from our team.
Usual access is via a QR code on our tables.
Your email address will be shared with Zonal Retail Data Systems Ltd, the Point of Sale service operator who will generate and send you an electronic receipt on our behalf, following order payment. Zonal Retail Data Systems Ltd will not store your email address or use for marketing purposes.
Your email address will be shared with FeedItBack (customer experience management/surveys), who will send a follow-up email post your visit, requesting feedback regarding your experience with us. Your email will not be added to any further marketing from The Alchemist Bar & Restaurants LTD or from FeedItBack.
Your email address and order details (not payment) will be processed by Omnifi , who provide the Order at Table and Click and Collect interfaces. Omnifi do not perform any marketing and information is retained for the sole purpose of order processing.
