As home to solicitor Sampson Brass in Dickens’ old curiosity shop, Bevis Marks naturally attracted our curiosity as a new home for The Alchemist’s unique brand of cocktail bars & restaurants. When we explored further, it became the natural choice. Standing out as a glint of pure gold amidst the charcoal & black suits of the city’s Aldgate business district, The Alchemist does its business in a decidedly different way.

"My love for Djing all started when I use to make my own edits and mashups at University, spending many hours until the early morning completely fixated. My efforts gained traction and a following online, so much so that I was offered a set to play at Burning Man in 2013.
Since then and for the last 10 years, I have been playing my sound live across the Midlands and London areas, and now currently hold residencies across multiple venues.
You’ll find my sets Influenced by 90s house & the 00s trance era, as well as elements of Afro, Deep & Commercial Dance."
